Kellon Lutz Workout routine - How Kellon Lutz Maintain A Fit Body

Actor Kellon Lutz got much attention for his physique which he has been maintaining for years. You should notice that Lutz is also lean and muscular which is the male body type that is being admired and promoted in hollywood.

How Did Kellon Lutz Start Building His Body

Lutz has been in great shape since his days in school. He's benefited a lot from his love for athletics. He played football in high school and also worked out regularly in the gym. The actor clearly had a passion for being active. He said one of the reasons he chose Chapman University for attending was because it is located close to the beach.

Kellon Lutz Workout Routine For Movie Roles

Kellon Lutz did not have to make any major body transformation for his movie roles. It was just a matter of getting into his best shape. While filming the HBO series Generation Kill in 2007 in the African desert he and his fellow actors challenged one another in pushup and situp contests and lifting weights in a makeshift gym.

Lutz main workout for staying in shape includes starting his session with 5 minutes of cardio followed with working out the core. Core activation will allow him to get maximum muscle utilization in all his other exercise. After a few sets of powerful full-body workouts, Lutz do simpler exercises that target specific muscles, letting his body recover a bit before another blast of energy and muscle-fiber recruitment.

Kellon Lutz Workouts Outside The Gym

Working out in the gym is just one part of Kellon Lutz workout routine. The actor loves hiking, swimming and walking his dog as regular hobbies. All these activities have tremendous benefit for fitness including burning fat and increasing endurance. This is the reason Lutz has a very low body fat level in most pictures and movies he is in. Keeping a low body fat percentage is key for having an impressive lean and muscular physique. All you need is just an average amount of muscle and keep fat at a minimum level and you'll look great.

Kellon Lutz Diet Plan

Kellon Lutz approach to diet is 'eat frequently in small quantities'. He eats small meals every 2 to 3 hours and make sure he never skips breakfast. He uses this technique to manage body weight without allowing himself to feel deprived or ravenously hungry. Before bedtime Lutz would eat a boiled egg to keep his metabolism active.

Final Tips

Kellon Lutz see fitness not just for the physical strength and beauty that comes from it, but the mental benefits as well. He tells 'Men's Health' whenever he gets frustrated he goes to the gym and let it off by working out. One great lesson you should learn from Kellon Lutz workout routine is to make fitness a part of your everyday lifestyle. Don't rely only on the gym to be physically active and to get your workout.

You may also realize that Lutz strategy for maintaining his lean and muscular body is keeping an average amount of muscle mass and focusing heavy on losing body fat. A muscle building course that has the same focus is described right here.

Tyson Beckford Workout And Diet Approach For Building And Maintaining His Body

Former male model Tyson Beckford's stunning lean and muscular physique didn't come by accident or chance. According to statements made by Beckford, who is also an actor, about his diet and workout routine it's clear that his approach is focused on maintaining the lean and muscular look.

Tyson was skinny when he started out building muscle. He said his successful body development was due to hitting the gym hard and eating right. Of course, when you're skinny you must make a strong commitment to follow your workout regime properly so you can see growth. And remember, when you're working out to build muscle for the first time it's a great opportunity to gain muscle rapidly. You just need to use the right diet and workout plan to guide you along the right path.

Where did Tyson Beckford Get Guidance

If you're reading articles online to increase your knowledge about building muscle you're doing the same thing Tyson Beckford did to help guide him to build his body. Tyson said that reading information on fitness websites and magazines gave him ideas for his routine. He said he didn't use a personal trainer like most celebrities to achieve his transformation. He did it all on his own by using written muscle building information as his guide.

I want to believe that Beckford who was once listed on People magazine's "50 Most Beautiful People in the World" and also considered as one of the most successful male models in the industry may have read articles written by Rusty Moore, because his approach is very similar to the aim of Visual Impact Muscle Building. Well, the fact that he was a model makes it very important for him to avoid the huge and bulky look. Because models build just and average amount of muscle to get their body to look attractive. They don't go for an excessive amount of muscle mass like bodybuilders. For that reason, if you're aiming to build muscle to look attractive, you need to aim for the ultra lean and muscular physique like male models

Tyson Beckford Approach For Staying Lean

Tyson maintains a superbly lean physique by performing enough cardio in every workout session and ensuring his diet consists of the right foods in the right amount so that fat gain is well minimize. This approach has allowed Beckford to own a well defined and amazing physique that has undeniably played a major role in his career both as a model and an actor.

Get A Muscular Body To Look Good - How To Get A Muscular Body To Look Fit And Stylish

It's truly a great thing for guys when they take the time and make the effort to workout to build up a fit and muscular body. There are many great health benefits that are derived from having a muscular physique. Such health benefits include overall increase in immunity against sickness and disease, stronger bones, increased strength and a healthier metabolism.

However, most guys that want to get a muscular body are very focused on how achieving this goal can tremendously improve their physical appearance. It's true going from skinny or chubby to muscular and ripped can make you get more girls attention, but I also believe that when you possess an attractive muscular build it greatly boosts your confidence and drive. Therefore, it'll really worth it a whole lot to aim for a fit and muscular body that looks good as well.

Build Muscle Mass But Not Too Much

First of all when you're aiming to build a muscular body for good looks you'll need to do whatever is necessary to build up muscle mass. However, you need to avoid putting on too much muscle to make your body look bulky or huge. An oversized physique is not the way to go when you want to look stylish. Rather, putting on an average amount of muscle according to your body type and getting maximum density for that gained muscle is what will give you the stunning appearance you're after. Male models and many Hollywood actors aim for that type of physique because it's much better for good looks and style than having an excessive amount of muscle mass. Despite this, there are some men with a meat-head mentality that have the wrong idea of which muscular body type that looks hot and appealing to women. Some guys believe that having a big muscle look like professional bodybuilders is the way to impress women, but don't believe this.

The Slim And Muscular Look Is Much More Attractive To Women

Women prefer the lean and muscular look which is having just an average amount of muscle to look fit and ripped but ultra lean. It's true, observe the media including magazines, websites, movies, music videos and more and you'll see that the guys who're always portrayed as attractive men possess this type of physique. On the other, guys that go for the big and muscular look are not so popular with women. Women also tend to be repulsed by the hugely buffed male body type.

If you're building muscle and women start calling you 'muscle man' or 'big muscle man' don't smile and take it as a complement, jump on alert. It's an indication that you're getting too huge. If women find your body type attractive they'll call you something more like 'baby' 'darlin' or'handsome'. Believe me, huge and muscular is more suitable when you're a competitive bodybuilder. The lean and muscular physique is right for looking stylish and impressing girls.

How To Get The Lean And Muscular Body

If your aim is to get a lean and muscular physique you'll need to build lean muscle mass in all the right areas of your body. Take a look at the picture on the left. This guy is a male model and he has the perfect body for good looks. Women go crazy over this body type. If he become more huge this may just ruin the attractiveness of his physique.

Fitness expert Rusty Moore and creator of Visual Impact Muscle Building trains guys to get this look. He emphasizes that the way to getting this ultra lean and shredded physique is to build up some base muscle without fat, then when an average amount of muscle is gained focus on lifting for maximum density to give your body that tight stunning look. If you get Rusty's muscle building course Visual Impact Muscle Building you'll get all the necessary information and a full strategic workout program that's designed to give you a body like this. If you're aiming for a stunning body make sure you pick up the program now. You won't regret it.

Ryan Reynolds Workout - Ryan Reynolds Workout And Diet Plan For Blade Trinity

Ryan Reynolds completely transformed his body for the 2004 movie, Blade Trinity. The actor came a long way since Van Wilder and his days as "Berg" on Two Guys, a Girl, and a Pizza Place. Lots of people want to know what was Ryan Reynolds workout plan responsible for his body transformation from small and skinny to muscular and ripped.

There are lots of actors and actresses in Hollywood that have got in top shape for a movie role, but few have reached the elite level of conditioning that Ryan Reynolds did for Blade Trinity. Some other impressive transformations include Daniel Craig as James Bond, Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, Brad Pitt in Fight Club, Cam Gigandet in Never Back Down, and Taylor Lautner in New Moon.

Let's Look At Ryan Reynolds Workout Routine for Blade Trinity in Greater Detail.

Ryan Reynolds was not fat or extremely out of shape when he began training for Blade Trinity. He was at 11% body fat, which is actually pretty lower than many people. In Van Wilder you can tell that he eats well and maintains a slim physique, he was just lacking muscle density.

First of all Ryan put on 20 pounds of solid muscle in about 6 months of preparation

There is something important here you must understand. When someone hits the weights hard for the first time and eat right, they will put on muscle very easily. This is a one-time window of opportunity to gain muscle rapidly. Most men do this in their late teens or early 20's, Ryan simply did this a little later than most, at the age of 26.

Ryan Did a One-Body-Part-Per-Day Blitz to Gain Mass

Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Shoulders
Day 4: Legs

Workout Details: He mixed in arm training depending upon how blitz they got during the workout. His workouts were three hours long. Reps were in the 8-12 range. He trained for 2-3 hours at a time, 6 days per week.

My Comments: There is nothing even remotely creative or efficient about Ryan Reynold's workout. True, he did get in great shape for his role in Blade Trinity, but my belief is he could have done so without killing himself in the gym. The 2-3 hours-per-day & 6 days-per-week" mentality is WAY out-dated!

Ryan Reynolds Results Were More About Diet than His Workout

Here is Ryan Reynolds diet plan to get ripped for Blade Trinity:

1. Ate 6 Small meals per day.
2. Didn't worry about restricting carbs (for the most part)
3. Did not eat carbs after 8 pm, but a protein snack if he was hungry.
4. Always include protein and with his carbs to make sure there wasn't a  insulin spike.
5. Watched his daily calorie intake.
6. Used creatine as his main supplement.

My comments: Again, some of the thinking behind his diet is pretty old school. The biggest thing that has been proven as a myth is the fact that you need to eat every few hours to gain muscle. Several studies from 2007-2009 have shown that the body increases its production of HGH in a fasted state. This preserves muscle mass while attacking body fat.

He was smart on including creatine, as it is the only (legal) supplement proven to build muscle above and beyond a good diet and workout routine. He also was smart to keep insulin levels stable, as the body cannot burn fat when insulin levels are too high. Obviously, what Ryan accomplished was outstanding...it just could have been done with much time in the gym. He could have incorporated a few HGH boosting strategies which would involve periods of strategic fasts...Allowing him to get ripped with much less effort!

Daniel Craig James Bond Workout - Get A Body Like Daniel Craig In James Bond 007

Here Is My Structure For A James Bond Workout

Daniel Craig is another great example of the ideal male body. In 1999, the year of the movie 'Fight Club', Brad Pitt attained the ideal physique. It's over 10 years since Fight Club came out, but I would say that Daniel Craig's James Bond body might be another example for men to aim to gain. Both Brad Pitt  and Daniel Craig have similar physiques in the 2 movies, but Daniel Craig possess a bit more muscle mass. To Get a physique like Brad Pitt in Fight Club, I would recommend splitting your time working out to 25 percent lifting weights and 75 percent cardio. The Daniel Craig James Bond Workout would require lifting more, I'll recommend 40 percent weight lifting and 60 percent cardio.

How I Recommend Eating For A James Bond Workout

James Bond putted on a little more muscle than Brad Pitt's Character Tyler Durden did in Fight Club. When Daniel Craig was questioned about his diet plan in an interview prior to Casino Royale, his answer was "I was on a high protein diet". Brad Pitt on the other hand was indulged in the Zone Diet, before Fight Club. The Zone Diet recommends that 30% of daily caloric intake comes from protein. For the James Bond workout, I would bump that number up to 50% and cut back on carbs and fat a bit.

A James Bond Workout Would Need More Calories Than Tyler Durden Workout

Don't get this wrong, Brad Pitt's body fat percentage was very low in Fight Club. I am good at estimating body fat percentage and I would say that Brad's percentage in Fight Club was around 4-6 percent. In Casino Royale, James Bond appears to be around at a 8% body fat percentage. Both physiques are impressive, but Daniel Craig had it a bit easier. In order to get to the 5% body fat level, you really have to keep calorie intake low. Since James Bond was bigger and more of a realistic body fat percentage, he could allow himself to eat more than Tyler Durden. For the James Bond Workout plan, you could eat 6 meals per day with ample protein and low carbs. Compared to Tyler Durden, James Bond has it good. I guarantee you that Tyler Durden eats much less than James Bond...probably 4 really low calorie meals per day.

Moderate Cardio for the James Bond Workout

In order to get down below 6% body fat like Tyler Durden, you need to really concentrate on High Intensity Interval Training to naturally increase your HGH levels. Plus, you need to do moderate cardio for longer periods of time. For the James Bond Workout, you probably will be able to skip the High Intensity Interval Cardio. To maintain 8% body fat, you can get away with sticking to the traditional moderate intensity cardio for 30-45 minutes or so after each workout. In the James Bond Workout, you will only need to add High Intensity Cardio, if you reach a sticking point in burning body fat. The James Bond Workout, Shaken Not Stirred!

Muscle Growth - Getting An Understanding Of Muscles Grow

Becoming aware of how your muscles develop in size is very important to creating an effective workout. Lots of people are not aware that two different type of muscle growth exist. Sarcoplasmic Hypertrophy is the first kind of muscle growth. Myofibrillar Hypertrophy is the other way a muscle increases in size.

Here is a definition of Sarcoplasmic Hypertrophy

This kind of muscle gain is the result of a build up of fluid inside the cells of muscles. Imagine your muscle cells as tiny balloons filled with water. The muscle grows as the amount of fluid or sarcoplasm builds inside each muscle cell. In order to get the most muscle growth in the shortest amount of time, you will want to concentrate on muscle growth related to sarcoplasmic hypertrophy. Further down, this article will talk about how to do this.

Here is a definition of Myofibrillar Hypertrophy

This kind of muscle gain is a result in muscle tissue expansion. This muscle gain does not happen as quickly as the first kind, but will improve how dense and strong a muscle is. Again, picture balloons filled with water. Myofibrillar growth would equate to the balloon itself becoming thicker.

Instructions on ways to improve the amount of sarcoplasm (fluid) inside muscles:

Do between 6 and 15 reps. The more reps you do, the more fluid that builds up inside the cells. In addition, you want to lift weights so that the muscles get tired. Do not have a long rest period after reps and sets. You will want every set to be more difficult than the last one.

Instructions on ways to build muscle fibers as you work out

Myofibrillar muscle growth tends to occur when the number of reps is low, and the amount of muscle tension is high. You do not want the muscle to tire. Take longer rests after sets to make sure you are able to raise the most weight you can during each set. You do not want to be extremely tired, but you do want the tension to be extreme.

Here are errors a lot of people make when trying to achieve muscle growth

The majority of lifters perform a variety of rep ranges throughout one workout. Often, people begin working with 15 reps and go down to 2 or 3 reps all in one workout session. This tactic presents an issue because the body is not able to reach its maximum ability with a workout like this. An improved workout would include 2 or 3 months of 6 to 15 reps followed by 2 to 3 months of 2 to 5 reps.

Doing 5 reps is going to benefit you the most

In order to attain some sarcoplasmic muscle growth and some myofibrillar muscle growth at the same time, doing 5 reps will provide you the most benefit. You aren't going to see rapid muscle growth doing this; however you will get dense muscles without having to follow a complicated plan.

Muscle Soreness Should Be Avoided When You Want To Tone Your Body And Look Sexy

It is NOT In Your Best Interests To Get Sore If You Are Aiming For Muscle Tone

Many people take the wrong approach to toning their muscle. They lift high reps and push their bodies past the point of failure to tone the muscles. The problem with lifting for high reps and "going for the burn" is that it often times results in your muscles being sore the following day or two after the workout was carried out. The major problem with being sore is that it takes away your energy the following day, making it hard to return to the gym.

Muscle Tone is Not A Result of Lifting Hard for High Reps

Muscle tone occurs due to low body fat and how "efficient" your muscles are. Muscle efficiency is measured by how strong a muscle is for it's size. If two identical twins had muscles the exact same size and they were at the same level of body fat, the stronger of the two twins would have greater muscle efficiency. This twin would also demonstrate more muscle tone. A great example of muscle efficiency are gymnasts...these athletes are ripped!

Train for Strength Without Inducing Damage To The Muscle to Increase Muscle Tone

The best way to train when you want to get ripped is to try to gain strength without carrying out too many sets. If you keep your overall volume of sets low, you can gain strength without damaging the muscle. Make sure and avoid "training to failure" as well as things like "forced reps". I would recommend picking 3 exercises per body part and doing only 3 sets of 5-8 reps for each exercise.

Spend The Extra Time Doing Cardio...Ideally High Intensity Interval Training

The nice thing about training for strength is that it is a quick workout. You probably can get that part of the routine done in 30 minutes. I would recommend that you do cardio for at least that long. Don't do cardio as an afterthought, it is actually more important than lifting. The best form of cardio is High Intensity Interval Training. This is by far the best way to lose the maximum amount of fat.

So to Sum it Up...No Need To Get Sore to Get a Toned Body
